Hi, my name is Mrs. Patti Madormo.  I am the Kindergarten teacher here at St. Vincent Ferrer.  I have been teaching for 22 years, the last 15 have been at St. Vincent’s.  I love being part of this school and parish.  I believe Kindergarten is a crucial year to a child’s learning.  Building a child’s foundation is critical in becoming a confident, successful learner.  I also believe in educating the whole child–socially, intellectually, emotionally, and physically, through play.

My goal is to create a warm, positive, nurturing environment in which each child can grow at his/her own pace and love to come to school.  In addition to teaching the full day Kindergarten, I am also the Early Childhood Unit Leader as well as the assistant principal.

I have been married for 28 years to my husband, Joe. We have 2 wonderful children–both of whom attended SVF and are excelling due to the strong foundation they received at SVF.

In my spare time, I love to cook and help people when designing or decorating their homes.  I also love spending time with my family and going on vacation
