This year we get to build on the foundation of the previous to years. We work greatly on converting the easily understood financial concepts of previous years into the challenging financial terms of the industry. Bridging this gap between knowledge and financial terms is the key to having our students certified financially literate at a high school level, by passing a national, standardized Financial Literacy Certification Test administered by the W!SE organization.

This is also the second year the students participate in the Chicago-land Money Smart Kid Essay Contest, hosted by the Federal Reserve of Chicago.
